To
overcome any delay in obtaining spare parts, we have established a separate,
fully computerized import division that constantly monitors stock levels
of gearboxes and spares and imports accordingly, thus enabling us to successfully
have almost every model of gearbox currently used on South African roads.
Our discipline of having the right stock at the right place at the right
time is one of the positive factors of our business as it alleviates delays
and guarantees a quick turn-around time.
The function of sourcing, checking availability and compatibility of gearboxes both locally and abroad is conducted by knowledgeable and highly experienced management team who believe that a personal hands-on approach, in every aspect of the business ensures its success thus far. The maximum waiting time for completion of work will be approximately between 1-2 days, depending obviously on the extent of work required on the vehicle. We import containers of gearboxes and spares from Japan. England, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and ESA as per our customers demand. |
